Our target is to help you understand the importance of exercise and the wellness it can have on the mind and body. With a focus on the benefits of exercise on the mind and how it can turn a bad day into a good one. We believe diets have their place but would rather encourage and educate more on making changes that are sustainable over a lifetime. The power of exercise on the mind is often overlooked with the focus being more on losing weight/gaining muscle or aesthetics. We promote for a healthy mind and healthy body with losing weight or gaining muscle as positive side effects. I love all aspects of exercise, as long as I’m moving, I’m happy.
I’m told I can be quite strong willed and determined, which I feel having me as your supporter will get you meeting your goals and targets over the short and long term. My love for cooking, gardening and being self-sufficient with food has given me a lot of knowledge with nutrition. Because of this passion I continue to further my study in nutrition when I can. I can help provide recommendations with nutrition and help make better choices when it comes to food shopping.
Similar to Keryn, I am happy just to be moving. Anything from a low intensity jog to high intensity circuit or a heavy set of Olympic lifts.

I love to push myself and those around me during workouts and I always feel much better once the workout is complete.
