Small group training is a great way to stay fit and have fun doing it. As we limit the amount of participants that can book in for each session, this ensures we can monitor and adjust any incorrect movement patterns, its very safe and with an always changing circuit exercises you will never get bored.

Depending on the day will depend on what the workout will look like, some days will be a focus on cardio and other days might be more weights based. All experience levels and fitness levels are encouraged to attend as we can easily monitor and change to make it suitable for you.

If you would like to join us and have never been involved with group training or exercise we strongly recommend that you book in with one of us for our movement appraisal where we can teach you the most common exercises and make sure your movement patterns are correct.
